Executive- Technical Support We are looking for an experienced brewery qualified to strengthen our Manufacturing Excellence team.

Key Responsibilities Exposure of brewing, fermentation, filtration, packaging, utilities, engineering, and quality systems across breweries.

Identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement prospects, and drive CAPA implementation.

Benchmark brewery performance and support manufacturing excellence initiatives.

Review engineering projects, utilities, process optimization, and techno-commercial proposals.

Prepare technical reports, MIS, KPI dashboards, and management presentations.

Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Finance teams to improve operational performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications &





Experience B.E./B.Tech. in Brewing, Chemical, Food Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering 8–15 years of experience in brewery, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing.

Robust knowledge of brewery operations, engineering, utilities, quality systems, and process improvement.

Exposure to technical audits, CAPEX projects, vendor evaluation, and manufacturing KPIs.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, SAP/ERP, and preparation of MIS and technical reports.

Excellent analytical, auditing, communication, and report-writing skills.
