Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with carriers and customers for freight movement.
Learn to negotiate freight rates and book loads.
Track shipments and provide timely updates.
Build strong relationships with carriers and clients.
Maintain shipment records and documentation.
Assist the team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
Ensure smooth communication throughout the shipment process.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Quick learner with good interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in the Night Shift (US Process).
