Selection Process:
Face-to-Face Interview Date: 5th August 2026 (Bangalore)
Shortlisted candidates must be available to attend the interview in person.
Employment Process:
Selected candidates will initially join as Trainee/Interns for 3 months
Stipend: 15,000 per month during the internship period
Based on successful performance, candidates will be moved to the Probationary Engineer role
Probation Period: 9 months
Service Agreement: 2-year bond
Job Requirements :
B.E in Mechanical Engineering passed out in 2026
Robust communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Basic understanding of mechanical principles, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science.
