We're looking for an AI-enabled Full Stack Engineer who enjoys shipping products quickly and using modern AI development tools as part of their daily workflow. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.

Build modern, responsive frontend interfaces and robust backend systems.

Collaborate closely with the founding team to turn ideas into production-ready products.

Integrate AI models, APIs, and automation into existing products.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Continuously improve product performance, reliability, and user experience. Requirements

Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.

Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.

Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with Git and contemporary software development practices.

Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of features.

Preferred

Qualifications





Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar.

Experience building AI agents, workflows, or LLM-powered applications.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, or DevOps.

Experience with React Native is a plus. What We're Looking For

We're looking for engineers who embrace AI as a development partner. If you already use AI tools to plan, code, debug, test, and ship products faster, you'll fit right in. Compensation

Fixed monthly salary for the first 3 months (probation period).

After successful completion of probation, compensation will be revised based on performance, with additional performance-based incentives/profit sharing for high-impact contributors.
