Role Description The Field Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram, responsible for driving sales and building solid relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers. This role includes visiting customers and prospects,



presenting product portfolios, conducting product demonstrations, and educating stakeholders on infection prevention solutions.

The Field Sales

Officer will manage sales pipelines, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines, and ensure timely order collection and coordination with the logistics team for delivery. Daily activities also include tracking market trends, gathering customer feedback, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality and meet sales targets. The role requires consistent field travel within the region and adherence to company values and ethical sales practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers, dealers, and potential clients in assigned areas

Promote company products and explain features and benefits

Generate recent leads and develop customer relationships

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Collect market and competitor information

Ensure timely follow-up and payment collection

Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager
