As an Engineering Manager you are responsible for formal staff responsibility for a number of employees with functional and tech competence, e.g., technical engineer, software engineer, platform engineer, data analyst, distributed in one or cross several teams.
Your primary focus will be ensuring that the product teams have the right competencies by strategically managing resources. This role requires a genuine interest in the development and growth of individuals, providing vision, security, and clarity on their journey.
You will navigate multiple stakeholders demands, handle pressure, and translate long-term goals into actionable strategies, leveraging your ability to zoom in and out of the big picture.
Manage a high-calibre team who are responsible for Analysis, plan, design, development/configuration, and implementing SAP FICO solutions to meet strategic, usability, performance, reliability, control, and security requirements to enable Finance business processes.

Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FICO with implementation and migration to S/4 Hana projects.
