Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Jaipur.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital media, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and creatives for Instagram Pages, Youtube Thumbnails etc. Day-to-day tasks include developing brand identities, graphic designing, selecting and applying typography, and refining layouts for campaigns and content. The role also involves collaborating closely with content, marketing, and strategy teams, iterating on feedback, and preparing files for production or publishing.

Designer will contribute ideas to creative concepts and help maintain a consistent visual language across all BCC Media Network projects. Qualifications

Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Strong understanding of Meme culture, Internet Culture and recent-age social media language and tonality

Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and combine typefaces for readability and impact.

Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Canva, AI tools, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).

A portfolio demonstrating creative, original work across digital formats.

Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design.

Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
