We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team as an Event Operation Intern.
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of event coordination or production and be eager to learn and grow in the industry.
Roles and Responsibility : -
Coordinate and manage events from conception to execution, ensuring seamless logistics and timelines.
Assist in venue selection, catering, and entertainment arrangements to meet client expectations.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful events.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve event goals and objectives.
Evaluate event success, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for future events.
