– Order Processing-Team manage We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Order Processing & Team Manager to manage daily e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for processing online orders, managing inventory, coordinating with the warehouse team, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities: Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces. Generate invoices and shipping labels. Verify orders, SKUs, and barcodes before dispatch. Manage inventory and stock updates.
Coordinate with warehouse, packing, and courier teams. Supervise and manage the order processing team. Prepare daily Excel/MIS reports. Handle order cancellations, returns, and RTO cases. Ensure timely dispatch and maintain quality standards.
Resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
Requirements: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. Positive communication and team management skills. Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Experience in e-commerce operations or order processing is preferred. Freshers with good learning ability may also apply.
