Role Description This is a full time, on-site Fresher – Business Development (SaaS) role based in Current Delhi. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients for CP’s SaaS-based solutions, conducting outreach through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle under guidance from senior team members. The individual will assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and demos, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with product and marketing teams to understand service offerings, gathering client feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales strategies. The role requires proactive engagement, ability to learn complex solutions, and commitment to structured follow-ups and relationship-building with prospective clients. Qualifications

Strong interest in business development and SaaS sales, with the ability to understand and explain technology-enabled consulting solutions.





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to present ideas confidently to corporate clients.

Basic knowledge of corporate, financial, or legal services (such as company law, taxation, or compliance) is an advantage, with willingness to learn industry-specific concepts.

Ability to work in a structured, target-driven workplace, manage time effectively, and follow up diligently on leads and opportunities.

Comfort with using CRM systems, productivity tools, and online communication platforms; familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.

Analytical mindset with the capacity to research prospective clients, understand their business needs, and align them with CP’s SaaS offerings.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline; fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are
