Position: German Language Customer Service Associate
Location: ATC, Viman Nagar, Pune
Eligibility: Undergraduate & Graduate candidates
German Certification: Minimum B1 Certification (Mandatory)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Process: Customer Support (Chat & Email)
Shifts: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week-offs
Interview Process: 2 Rounds (Virtual / Walk-in)
Relocation Benefit: 14,000 (payable after successful completion of 90 days)
Key Requirements:
Minimum B1 German Language Certification
Excellent written communication skills in German
Valuable English communication skills
Customer-centric attitude with solid problem-solving skills
Willingness to work from the Pune office
