Role & responsibilities
Develop and improve water-based ink formulations.
Conduct laboratory trials and scale up formulations for production.
Monitor and troubleshoot production-related ink quality issues.
Test inks for viscosity, pH, color, drying time, stability, and flow properties.
Evaluate and approve raw materials and maintain formulation records.
Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Support cost reduction, quality improvement, and recent product development.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
