Role Description The Email Copywriter is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. In this position, the Email Copywriter crafts clear, engaging, and persuasive email content that supports BDTC’s mission, programs, and marketing campaigns. Daily responsibilities include researching audience needs, writing and editing email sequences, newsletters, and promotional messages, and aligning messaging with brand voice and strategic objectives.





The role also involves collaborating with marketing and program teams to refine messaging, optimize subject lines and calls to action, and ensure consistent communication across campaigns.

The Email

Copywriter will monitor performance metrics, suggest improvements, and maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all written materials.

Qualifications Strong writing skills, with experience in email copywriting and other short-form content.

Effective communication abilities, including clear, empathetic, and audience-focused messaging.

Proficiency in proofreading and basic editing to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Understanding of marketing principles, with the ability to align copy to campaign and brand goals.

Experience or familiarity with drafting press releases or similar external communications is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Pune Division, with solid time-management and organizational skills.

Interest in personal development, coaching, or transformation-based programs is highly beneficial.
