Executive Sales & Marketing

Location: Centre for Sight, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities through doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, insurance partners, and other referral sources.
Build and maintain solid relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, general physicians, corporates, and healthcare partners.
Promote Centre for Sight's services, including cataract, LASIK, retina, glaucoma, pediatric ophthalmology, and other specialty eye care services.
Conduct field visits, referral meetings, health camps, awareness programs, and corporate wellness initiatives.
Achieve monthly patient referral, revenue, and business development targets.
Plan and support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and community outreach programs.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to support business strategies.
Maintain records of leads, referrals, daily field visits, and conversion reports.
Coordinate with operations, counsellors,



and doctors to ensure smooth patient referrals and service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com/Any Graduate); MBA in Marketing is preferred.
1–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, diagnostics, pharma, or medical device sales.
Familiarity with the Hyderabad healthcare market is an added advantage.
