As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Check and verify travel documents, such as tickets and passports
Assist passengers with boarding and deboarding procedures
Conduct security checks on passengers and their luggage
Ensure the safe and timely arrival and departure of flights
Coordinate with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure productive operations
Maintain a clean and organized work setting Requirements:
