Coordinate HVAC AMC service schedules and assign field engineers.
Hindi Communication Mandatary
Handle customer calls, service requests, and follow-ups.
Maintain AMC records, service reports, and documentation.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and AMC renewal documents.
Coordinate with service, sales, and spare parts teams.
