Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and attentive service.
Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup before, during, and after service.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely order delivery.
Upsell menu items and promote ongoing offers whenever appropriate.
Handle guest requests and communicate concerns to the Captain or Manager.
Follow hygiene, safety, and company SOPs at all times.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an F&B; Waiter or in a similar role.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Positive attitude with a robust customer service mindset.
Well-groomed appearance and qualified behavior.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team player with a passion for hospitality.
