Campaign Support-Contact Donors through calls and explain WWF India's work to members clearly and excitingly to generate funds for supporting WWF-India's conservation work.
Relationship Building-Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers. Develop a long-term relationship with the donor and upgrade them to the donor pyramid.
Donor communication: Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail, addressing supporter queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Donor Data Update: Maintain and update supporter information in the database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
