Role Description This full-time, in office Underwriting/Research Analyst – Finance Analyst role is based in Visakhapatnam Rural. The role involves conducting detailed market and financial research on land and real estate opportunities, analyzing data to support underwriting decisions, and assessing risk and return profiles for fractional ownership projects. The analyst will prepare financial models, reports,



and presentations that inform investment strategies and support decision-making.

Day-to-day work includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring market trends, validating data sources, and ensuring that all analyses meet internal standards for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Statistics.

Candidates should possess Market Research and general Research skills to evaluate real estate and financial data.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Relevant experience in finance, underwriting, or investment analysis is beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency with spreadsheets, financial modeling tools, and data analysis software is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Visakhapatnam Rural and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
