Job Title: Finance and Accounts Executive

The Finance & Accounts Executive will support the Finance team in analysing equity markets and mutual funds, and diversified investment portfolios. The candidate must have prior experience of working in investment analysis and preparation of analytical MIS and handling banking KYCs.

Key Responsibilities:
Investment & Equity Market Analysis
Conduct research and analysis of equity markets, sectors, and listed companies.
Evaluate investment prospects across equities, mutual funds, ETFs, bonds etc.
Prepare stock and fund research summaries for internal review.
Mutual Funds & Financial Instruments Analysis
Analyze equity, debt, and hybrid mutual fund schemes.
Compare fund performance using historical returns and financial ratios.
Evaluate fund manager strategies and portfolio holdings.
Track NAVs, benchmark comparisons, and performance ratios.
MIS Reporting
Prepare monthly portfolio performance reports and as per the requirement
Preparation of analytical summaries.
Track day to day domestic and global financial developments impacting investments.




Maintain accurate documentation of portfolio analytics and research findings.
Banking & DEMAT KYC Updation
Experience of regular mandatory KYC or CKYC updation for Bank Accounts
Exposure of DEMAT Accounts KYC updation.
Accounting & Statutory Compliances
Basic Working knowledge of Tally Prime Edit Log
Preparation of Financial Statements
Basic knowledge of TDS and GST Returns filings
Knowledge of ITR filing

Candidate Profile
2–3 years of hands-on experience in portfolio analysis and preparation of MIS for Investments.
Moderate understanding of equity markets, mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income instruments.
Knowledge of fundamental and basic technical analysis.

Must-Have Education & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce or related field or B. Com with any diploma in financial market.
Advanced MS Excel skills (financial models, scenario analysis, portfolio tracking).
Skills in making Power point Presentation
Ability to interpret financial statements and company valuations.
