Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency.

Develop creative, innovative, and commercially successful vegetarian menus.

Recruit, train, mentor,and motivate the kitchen team.

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation.

Manage food costs, stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships.

Ensure efficient kitchen workflow and service during high-volume operations.

Standardise recipes, portion control, and presentation across all menu items.

Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and promotional offerings.

Drive innovation while maintaining authenticity and guest satisfaction.

Proven experienceas a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a reputed vegetarian restaurant, premium casual dining, or fine dining establishment.

Robust expertise in Indian vegetarian cuisine, with knowledge of regional and contemporary preparations.
N
Experience in menu engineering, recipe development, and kitchen cost management.
N
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
N
Ability to perform in afast-paced, high-volume environment.
N
Robust understanding ofHACCP and food safety standards.
N
Culinary qualification from a recognised hospitality institute is preferred.
