Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
Take and relay food & beverage orders accurately to the kitchen/bar
Serve dishes and beverages promptly, ensuring quality presentation
Recommend specials, desserts, and beverages to enhance guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas
Assist with setup and closing duties (tables, supplies, stock)
Handle guest queries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude
Qualifications
Minimum: 12th pass or equivalent
Prior experience in hospitality/service preferred, but freshers may apply
Valuable communication skills (Fluent English and Hindi/Bengali helpful)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
Positive attitude and passion for guest service
