Role Description The Food Beverage Controller will manage and monitor food and beverage costs to support profitable operations and accurate financial reporting. This full-time role is based in the Hauz Khas, Delhi. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking inventory usage, reviewing purchase orders, analyzing cost variances, and preparing regular cost and margin reports for management.

The role also involves menu costing, coordinating with brewing, kitchen, and bar teams to price items appropriately, and ensuring compliance with internal control procedures.





The Food Beverage

Controller will collaborate with finance and operations to prepare P&L;, forecast costs, support budgeting, and recommend cost optimization initiatives while maintaining product quality. Qualifications

Robust cost management capabilities, including Cost Control and Menu Costing skills.

Solid Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Foundational knowledge in Finance to support P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

Proficiency in Accounting principles, including reconciliations, reporting, and documentation of food and beverage costs.

Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or brewing operations is highly beneficial.

Comfort with spreadsheet tools and inventory or ERP systems for data tracking and analysis.

Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
