Job Summary

Shriram Life Insurance is hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the Front Line Sales (FLS) – Direct Channel role. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the insurance industry, be comfortable with field sales, and possess robust lead generation and customer acquisition skills.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent leads through field activities, references, and self-sourcing.
Acquire recent customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Promote and sell Shriram Life Insurance products through the Direct Channel.




Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable life insurance solutions.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into business.
Ensure timely documentation and policy issuance.
Maintain daily sales activity reports and adhere to company compliance guidelines.
Cross- selling

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduation is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance sector.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Experience in direct sales and field sales is mandatory.
