Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven leadership experience managing large-scale HR operations.
Industry Experience: Solid preference for candidate exposure within FMCG, Retail, QSR, or Consumer Products businesses.
Multi-Location Management: Demonstrated track record of managing a distributed, multi-location, or pan-India retail/field sales workforce.
Promoter/Quick-Growth Background: Prior experience working effectively in promoter-driven, family-owned, or rapidly scaling organizations is strongly preferred.
Core Competencies:
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.
Expertise in high-volume talent sourcing, retention, and field force management.
Deep understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and operational HR best practices in India.
Agility to operate effectively in a quick-paced, high-execution environment.
