Responsibilities
Assess patients nutritional needs based on medical history, lifestyle, and health goals.
Develop and implement personalized diet plans addressing various health conditions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutritional strategies into patient care.
Provide education and counseling to patients to promote healthy eating habits.
Monitor patients progress and adjust diet plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Stay informed on current nutrition research and best practices to inform treatment approaches.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.




Valid certification or licensure as a Registered Dietician (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
Solid understanding of clinical nutrition and medical diet therapy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel and motivate patients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Detail-oriented with the capability to maintain accurate patient documentation.
Commitment to continuous career development and staying current with nutrition science.
