We are looking for an experienced Industrial Architect who can guide multidisciplinary BIM delivery across STP, water treatment, and industrial projects.

→ Experience: 10+ years
→ Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
→ Location: Mangalore, Karnataka
→ Immediate joiners preferred
Key responsibilities
→ Guide the architectural BIM team on technical and design-related queries
→ Coordinate with Structural, Process, Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil disciplines
→ Review BIM models, shop drawings, and construction documentation
→ Resolve multidisciplinary design clashes
→ Ensure technical accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project standards
Preferred experience
→ Industrial building projects
→ STP and water or wastewater infrastructure projects
→ BIM-based project delivery
→ Architectural design coordination
→ Autodesk Revit model review and BIM coordination
Knowledge of Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, ACC/BIM 360, Revizto, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
