Screen resumes and shortlist the best talent.
Conduct HR interviews and assess communication, attitude, sales skills, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires.
Improve interview-to-joining conversion ratio.
Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
Build employer branding to attract top talent.
Develop campus hiring and referral programs.
Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
Work closely with business heads to meet manpower requirements.
Ensure hiring quality, employee retention, and recruitment process compliance.
