Role Description
This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and coordinating payroll and benefits-related documentation.
The Human Resources
Associate helps implement HR policies, supports performance management processes, and assists in organizing training and development programs. The role involves responding to employee queries,
facilitating internal communication, and supporting recruitment activities such as screening applications and scheduling interviews.

Associate collaborates with managers and team members to promote a positive work culture and ensure compliance with company guidelines and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an understanding of core HR practices and principles.
Experience in HR Operations, including employee lifecycle processes, documentation, and HR systems or tools.
Background in Training & Development, with the ability to support learning initiatives and coordinate training activities.
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels and maintain confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a quick-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS or HR software is an advantage.
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance practices is beneficial.
