Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhidham. This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

The Human Resources

Manager will manage HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, and maintain accurate HR records. Daily tasks include handling employee relations, supporting training and development initiatives, coordinating payroll inputs and benefits administration with relevant teams, and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning.



The role also involves driving employee engagement, facilitating communication between management and staff, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition processes.

Experience in performance management, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.

Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation practices.

Ability to manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.

Robust organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a energetic environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Proficiency with HRIS or HR management software and basic MS Office tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is an advantage.

Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in shipping, logistics, or related industries.
