Role & responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
Promote and sell paint and coating solutions to industry, builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and government departments.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable coating systems.
Visit customer sites for business development and technical support.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track market trends and competitor activities.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Preferred candidate profile
2+ years of experience in Technical Sales.
Experience in the Paint, Coating, Chemical, Construction Material, Adhesive, or Building Material industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Target-driven and customer-focused.
