Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies supporting recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development.
Oversee the design, creation, and delivery of training programs across online and in-person formats.
Conduct skill gap analyses, measure training effectiveness, and report progress to leadership.
Manage learning technologies, including LMS platforms, and coordinate with external training vendors for quality delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry and organizational learning standards.
Champion a culture of continuous learning, development, and knowledge sharing across all teams.

Main Qualifications
Proven experience in Learning & Development, ideally within the staffing or HR industry.
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (L&D; certification preferred).
Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent project management and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align learning programs to organizational goals.
