This is a full-time in office role for a Jr/SrHuman Resources Executive located in Mumbai.
The Human Resources
Exec will be responsible for managing the HR operations of the company, which includes managing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, employee welfare, and compliance with labor laws.

Proven experience as an HR exec or relevant HR role
Deep understanding of HR functions and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust people management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion and integrity
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
