We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Advertising Agency

Are you passionate about sales, client relationships, and business growth? We're looking for a energetic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing advertising agency.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify market prospects and develop sales strategies.
Pitch advertising and marketing solutions to potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the creative and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:
Experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (advertising/marketing industry preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid networking and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
