Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and target current customers in various sectors such as construction, manufacturing, telecommunications, mining, healthcare, and hospitality.
Promote the company’s genset product line to potential clients, emphasizing features, perks, and technical specifications.
Maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads and opportunities.
Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales.
Prepare and present customized sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and understanding their evolving needs.
Act as the key point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product specifications, pricing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Provide technical assistance or coordinate with technical teams to meet customer specifications.
Market Analysis




Monitor competitor activity and market trends to develop competitive sales strategies.
Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities and customer demands for genset products and services.
Track and report on market intelligence and provide feedback to senior management.
Sales Strategy & Reporting
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and performance updates to management.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with internal departments (marketing, technical, logistics, and customer support) to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
Collaborate with the service and maintenance teams to offer after-sales services to customers, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.

Requirements

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Availability to travel as needed
