Role Description The Human Resources Executive at PropNxT will manage day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and HR records maintenance. In this role, you will support employee relations, coordinate performance management processes, and assist in implementing company policies and statutory compliance. Working closely with leadership, you will help address workforce planning, manage daily employee queries, and ensure a positive, well-structured workplace environment. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular interaction with employees and key stakeholders across the organization. Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in core HR functions and human resources management.

Strong background in HR Operations, including payroll, onboarding, documentation, and HR process administration.

Proven track record in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle employee queries and foster a positive workplace culture.

Hands-on knowledge of HR Policies, including drafting, implementing, and communicating organizational guidelines.

Solid understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.

Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality with solid organizational and time-management capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (prior experience in a real estate or services setting is an advantage).
