HR Executive – About the Role Masterify Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in hiring for sales roles, and the ability to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for Business Development Executives, Team Leaders, and support functions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Manage offer letters, onboarding, and joining formalities. Maintain recruitment trackers and HR documentation. Coordinate employee attendance and maintain HR records.

Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of current employees.



Maintain compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of HR experience (EdTech/BPO recruitment preferred).

Experience hiring sales professionals is an advantage. Robust communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment portals.
