Candidates from US Staffing industry with Hands-on experience in to sourcing and End-to-End Recruitments.
2+ years experience proven US Non IT Recruitments
Experience in W2 is mandatory.
Experience with VMS & ATS.
Experience working with BFSI Direct client is mandatory.
Ability to work in a team setting with a high sense of urgency.
Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc).
Candidates must have experience in US staffing particularly in W2, & Direct Client Preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
