Define and execute the company's business development and growth strategy.

Drive new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calling, networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and international sales.

Generate and close high-value projects through direct sales as well as online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Guru, etc.

Build and maintain solid relationships with enterprise clients, decision-makers, and strategic partners.

Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions aligned with company capabilities.

Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and project delivery teams to prepare solution proposals, estimations,



and client presentations.

Identify current markets, industries, and business prospects to expand company services.

Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for existing and emerging service offerings.

Build, mentor, and manage the Business Development teams by defining KPIs, sales processes, and performance goals.

Monitor sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and conversion metrics to ensure business targets are achieved.

Work closely with company leadership on business planning, revenue growth, and strategic initiatives.

Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
