Role & responsibilities
1+ years of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry only
Robust experience in IT and Non IT hiring ( IT mandatory)
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Positive understanding of sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
Excellent communication and coordination skills
