Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Source candidates and screen resumes for various recruitment requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Support student engagement and career mentorship initiatives.
Assist candidates in understanding industry expectations and recruitment processes.
Serve as a point of contact for candidate queries and recruitment status updates.
Support pre-placement activities including qualified grooming sessions, mock interviews, and resume workshops.
Create employer branding content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Showcase company culture, hiring initiatives, and open roles through digital content.
Coordinate onboarding documentation and recent hire formalities.




Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
Assist in organizing internal events and engagement activities.
