Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Intern role based in Ahmedabad.

The Human Resources

Intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records. The intern will help implement HR policies, coordinate employee perks documentation, and assist in onboarding new team members. Additional responsibilities may include supporting personnel management tasks, preparing HR-related reports,



and collaborating with managers to ensure a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Qualifications Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR experience.

Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to assist in their documentation and communication.

Basic skills in Personnel Management, including handling employee data and supporting onboarding processes.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Robust interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate within teams, and adapt to a fast-paced technology environment.

Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort with learning HR software.
