Position: Technical Lead - JAVA Immediate Joiners
Location: Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities:
7+ Years experience in Technology design and development in reputed national/international service/product companies.
Design and implementation of Fintech solutions based on Jocata products to B & FS clients using latest Digital technologies - like but not limited to Java JDK 1.8/Hibernate/Spring Boot, RDBMS/No SQL/Cloud DB, IaaS/PaaS (AWS/Azure/others), UI technologies (AngularJS/ReactJS).
Prepare estimates of work and duration for work items (requirements, change requests, reported issues).
Provide daily leadership to the technical resources assigned to the project.
Provide inputs to weekly status report and work closely with project/delivery manager.
Identify schedule blockers and recommend workaround strategies.
Participate in customer meetings, discussions, and steering committee meetings as requested.
Customer communication point for all project technical discussions.
Develop risk response actions to mitigate.
Actively participating in the technical community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practices.
Educational Qualification and Skills Required:
Education: Undergraduate or above from a reputed institution. Relevant Certificate/Diploma in Software Technologies from industry recognized training institutions is highly desirable but relevant experience will be considered.
