The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning accurate diagnosis and procedure codes based on industry coding standards. Key Responsibilities
Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
Assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Maintain productivity and quality standards.
Work closely with quality analysts and team leaders to resolve coding-related queries.




Participate in training sessions and continuous learning programs.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related healthcare field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Medical coding certification is preferred but not mandatory.
