Job Summary

Alphawizz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with experience in the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities through various sales channels.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
Manage high-value client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to project closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and successful delivery.
Monitor sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and business performance metrics.




Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or a similar role.
Experience working in an IT service-based company is plus.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong experience in client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Familiarity with AI tools for sales, productivity, and business development is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Only Indore-based candidates are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,015.91 - ₹65,386.84 per month
