Role Overview The HR Executive – Operations will support day-to-day HR operations across clinics and group companies. This is a hands-on execution role, focusing on payroll support, attendance, HRIS updates, documentation, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR documentation

Update employee data in HRIS (KEKA preferred)

Support issuance of appointment letters, confirmations, warnings, and exit letters

Maintain audit-ready HR files and registers

Support monthly payroll processing

Attendance validation

Leave reconciliation

Incentives & deductions tracking

Track biometric attendance, shifts, and weekly offs

Coordinate with HR Ops Manager and Finance for payroll closure

Coordinate joining formalities, document collection, and HRIS onboarding

Support background verification and induction scheduling

Assist in exit formalities, clearance coordination,



and F&F; documentation

Assist in maintaining PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, and statutory records

Support HR audits and compliance documentation

Ensure timely submission of required data to consultants/vendors

Act as first-level HR contact for employees

Address routine HR queries related to attendance, leave, payroll, and letters

Escalate employee issues to HR Manager when required

Maintain HR trackers

Share weekly and monthly MIS with HR leadership

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
