Job Summary

Janardan Farms and Resorts LLP is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support end-to-end people management across our growing hospitality and allied operations. The role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who can manage recruitment, employee engagement, retention, compliance, and workforce planning in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage lead generation for recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for operational and support roles.

Maintain workforce strength and support staffing requirements across multiple properties.

Partner with management on employee relations, performance management, and retention.

Support HR policy implementation, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

Coordinate attendance, documentation, compliance, and HR records.

Assist in payroll inputs, offer letters, joining processes, and exit formalities.





Prepare periodic HR reports and update management on manpower status.

Ensure smooth coordination between head office and property-level operations.

Desired Profile

Solid knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.

Experience in hospitality, resort, retail, or multi-location business environments preferred.

Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in an office setup.

Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory HR compliance.
