Role Description The Human Resources Officer at Elsamex Maintenance Services Limited will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures in an on-site, full time role based in Bikaner.

Responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities, developing and updating job descriptions, coordinating onboarding and orientation, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role involves handling employee relations matters, assisting with performance management processes, and advising managers on HR best practices.

Qualifications
