Responsibilities:
Call coaching customers to share updates, collect information, and provide basic assistance.
Update and maintain course-related data in the system with accuracy.
Verify customer and course information to ensure data quality.
Follow up with customers when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions and updates.
Coordinate with the team to complete assigned tasks on time.
Requirements:
Positive verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Valuable organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
