Supervise daily human resource operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance management, employee records, and HR administration across the safari property.
Support workforce planning by coordinating hiring activities, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely induction of current employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR procedures while maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
Coordinate employee engagement programs, learning initiatives, performance management activities,



and recognition events to foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist management in resolving employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling through fair and skilled HR practices.
Prepare HR reports, maintain personnel documentation, monitor leave records, and support payroll inputs with accuracy and timeliness.
Promote organizational values, diversity, inclusion, and a protected working environment aligned with Taj Safaris' hospitality standards.
Collaborate with department heads to improve employee productivity, retention, and overall workforce effectiveness while ensuring excellent service delivery.
